About the Event

During this challenging time of MCO/ lockdown where we cannot physically go to our dance classes or have enough space to dance around at home, lets learn something new that might help to improve our dance when we get back !

As an ex-dancer and a Nutritonal Therapy Practitoner , i would like to share with you the WHY and HOW to fuel your body better for the physcially (and mentally !! ) demanding practise like dance. 

The presentation is about 40 minutes witha short  Q&A discussion in the end and it is for everybody from teenage dance students to older dancers, parents or dance teachers.
