Anyone who knows me personally knows that I am not very good at baking. I have trouble following the exact measurements of ingredients...
Here I will share my thoughts and things that I have learned. I will also share some recipes that I have invented, improved or improvised.
Come join me and have fun in the kitchen. I only learned to cook when I realised that it was probably the best way( if not the only way) for me to eat well, and to know exactly what is inside my food, where it came from etc.. I don't have any formal culinary training, but I am very proud of the nutritious and beautiful food that I make. This cooking journey has been most rewarding!
