I believe that we can all improve our health by working from the foundational level. If our "roots" are healthy, our external appearance will naturally glow.
I am a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) as well as an experienced GYROTONIC®, GYROKINESIS® and Pilates instructor.
